I'm TJ DeFeo, a video producer and content manager based in South Florida — open to relocation.

I spent the last five years producing content for the NHL — first with the New York Islanders, then the Florida Panthers — covering everything from game night recaps and player features to live arena production, social content, and brand campaigns. My work has reached millions of fans across the Panthers' official channels during one of the most exciting stretches in franchise history, including back-to-back Stanley Cup championships.

I'm self-taught and proud of it. Every skill I have was built on the job, in real time, with no margin for error.

I create content that connects — visually sharp, narratively driven, and built for the platform it lives on. Whether it's a 15-second Reel or a five-minute feature, I approach every project the same way: what's the story, and what's the best way to tell it?
